Puppy Starter Kit Option # 1
Instructions for submitting puppy starter package options.
You will receive your puppy starter package when you pick your puppy up at the airport or in person.
If you will need shipping this form must be submitted 72 hours prior to shipping your puppy to avoid shipping and handling fees.
If you missed the deadline for customizing your puppy starter package, you will receive our standard puppy starter package with your puppy.
Your starter package will be in a box that comes with your puppy on the airplane.
We will measure and weigh the box and give the dimensions and weight to the airlines at time of booking your puppy's flight.
The box is then sealed at the time of booking the flight for your puppy.
If you submitted your request to customize your puppy starter package after we have sealed the box, you will need to pay shipping and handling fees to have your customized starter package sent to you in the mail.
You will need to pay shipping for any items that will not fit in the box.
